Social and Emotional Health

If you are experiencing mental health concerns or are feeling suicidal, please see the resources below. You may also see your school counselor who is willing to discuss these issues with you.  School counselors provide short-term counseling while situations that require long term counseling services are often sought outside of school by parents and the student.  Conversations with the school counselor are confidential UNLESS:

1. Someone is hurting you

2. You want to hurt someone

3. You want to hurt yourself

4. You give permission to share with another trusting adult.
