September Meeting Recap
Community • Connection • Fun • Support
Hello, Bronco Families!
October is full of exciting activities, school events, and opportunities to support our students and teachers! Here’s what’s happening with the Cerro Gordo PTO this month.
Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat is planned for Halloween at 1:00 PM! The PTO is coordinating with the school and High School Spirit Committee regarding the high school parking lot and participation. The goal is to have approximately 10–15 vehicles for a fun Halloween celebration!
Harvest Day
Harvest Day parties are coming up on Friday, October 23, from 1:45–2:45 PM. Every classroom has a room parent, and we look forward to a fun afternoon for our Broncos!
Bronco Run
The Bronco Run is planned for Friday, November 13. Annie and Taylor will be running the event, with additional details still being finalized.
Book Fair & Student Support
Thanks to the generosity of our community, $1,000 was raised to support the Scholastic Book Fair! The PTO contributed $250, helping ensure every student received a book. Teachers were also able to update their classroom libraries. What a wonderful way to support reading and learning!
