Mrs. Lovin

This school year will be my 17th year in education, my 7th at Cerro Gordo Junior High. Previously, I taught 6 years at Mulberry Grove Elementary and Junior High Schools and 4 years at Mahomet-Seymour Junior High. My entire career has been spent instructing students in grades 6 through 8.

I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from SIU Edwardsville in 2007 and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Eastern Illinois University in 2014. 

My husband Kyle and I have three boys: Jack (14), Kolten (8), and Klayton (5). All three boys attend Cerro Gordo Schools and are active in school and youth league activities; they are members of the Maroa Livestock 4H Club as well. We have two labs, Roxie and Dixie. We live in rural Cerro Gordo on a sheep and hay farm.
