Do you have new goals for the year?

 

Some of mine involve these concepts:

1. Listen more; interrupt less

2. Focus on a better balance: Pay attention to my health even when it means I can't do the things I want to do

3. Be mindful----focus on the quality of what I'm doing with my students over quantity of material
